Author's Notes: There's a bit of a story behind this. A few days ago I was chatting with some about Saint Sieya and we started discussing how the Saints were trained, which lead to us wondering why Seiya kept being picked on for being Japanese even though almost all the other Saints are from different countries. One of the theories was that Saga had gotten suspicious when Kido started poking around for information reguarding the Saints, Sanctuary and the trianing grounds. In order to make sure Kido wasn't up to something, he gave orders that the children sent by Kido were not to earn Cloths..it's just that some Masters decided to ignore those orders.
